HB is a Mark standing for Healthy Building which is qualifiedby Korea Air Cleaning Association(KACA) according to released intensity of Building materials manufactured in Domestic and Foreign industries. KACA certifies Building materials on the ground of Green Building Assessment System established autonomously itself, and qualifies Building Material Grades after the Deliberating Committee.
To evaluate and certify the release intensity of chemical substances targeting building material producers or importers to encourage autonomous quality control on the emission of pollutants from building materials and to contribute to product quality improvement.
It applies to indoor building materials (hereinafter referred to as "building materials") in which emissions of volatile organic compounds and aldehydes from the solid building materials used in buildings (flooring, wallpaper, panel) and liquid building materials (sealant, adhesive, paint, putty) are reduced.
CA mark is granted to the products which pass strict tests by certified test agencies in accordance with collective standards for indoor air clearner including dust collection efficiency, deodorization efficiency, noise, coverage and ozone concentration to provide reliable indoor air cleaners by the Korea Air Cleaning Association.
It aims to bring the effects of consumer perception change as well as market expanding effects by granting organizational quality certification (CA: Clean Air Certification) to the product that passes strict performance test on the indoor air purifier and to protect consumers and to contribute to quality improvement of product by implementing autonomous quality control.
It shall be applied to the safety and performance of air cleaner that is installed in a general house and office room to collect dust and deodorize odor.
HH mark is granted to the products which pass strict tests by certified test agencies in accordance with collective standards for humidifier including Humidification capablity, Power Consumption, Microbe contamination, Noise to provide reliable humidifier by the Korea Air Cleaning Association.
It aims at performing autonomous quality management for humidifiers to protect customers and contribute to quality upgrade.
It shall be applied to the safety and performance of indoor humidifier that is installed in a general house and office room to raise indoor relative humidity and that uses single-phase alternating current and whose rated humidifying capacity is less than 10L/h.
HD mark is granted to the products which pass strict tests by certified test agencies in accordance with collective standards for humidifier including Dehumidification capablity, Power Consumption, Noise to provide reliable dehumidifier by the Korea Air Cleaning Association.
It aims at performing autonomous quality management for indoor air dehumidifiers to protect customers and contribute to quality upgrade.
It specifies the performance evaluation of dehumidifiers used for the purpose of lowering indoor humidity, and applies to cooling and adsorption dehumidifiers that consume less than 1,000 W of power.
